So there's something that needs to be said. I am hormonally intersex. At 9yo I mysteriously grew B-cups despite not being AFAB, and suffered other feminizing changes.
An intersex user in r/traa (may that subreddit rest in peace) who posted about the subject of intersex representation said in a comment on that post:

and also said that hormonally intersex people are valid. So ultimately, going by definitions, I'm firmly hormonally intersex on top of the epispadias (mentioned later). I actually can't medically do any surgeries that would remove anything below the belt (so to speak). I HAD shelved the idea of doing HRT at all because some of its effects weren't something I wanted. A year later I learn it was complicated to do. Ironically I was salmacian/aphrodisian during my entire (arguable) transfem era, but I didn't know that word. Oh how HiDef's development encompassed my *maybe* transfem to nonbinary
story. Separately, I'm legally nonbinary on my ID, and I had no prior form of identification. So I'm truly insulated from people who assume that there are only 2 genders.
I hope this clarifies stuff.
2023 Update:
It turns out that I ALSO have epispadias (diagnosed formally on August 14th, 2023. In April 2023 I had noticed the secondary hole, and that was interpreted as hypospadias, but it turns out that my vantage point was upside down, so I have epispadias rather than hypospadias, but BOTH are intersex condtions), only proving my case further.
2025 update: A LOT of things aged badly, at least E hasn't fucked me up like I thought, nearly 6 months in as of September 4th, 2025.
